AI integration

Put AI to work in a defined part of your workflow, with a person responsible for the result.

The work to improve

Useful information can be scattered across documents and tools. Rewriting, finding and checking it takes time. Start with a task whose inputs, output and reviewer can be clearly identified.

A focused scope

A bounded connection between approved information, a selected AI capability and the tool where the work happens. Agree which decisions stay with a person and what the system must never do.

What we need to agree

Approved source material, access to the relevant tools, provider terms and data locations, a review owner and an agreed cost limit. Provider selection and live credentials come after those decisions.

How an engagement starts

01 / Find the right opportunity

Describe one recurring task and what a better outcome would mean.

02 / Connect and automate

Review the proposed scope, access, responsibilities and operating assumptions.

03 / Operate and improve

Build and verify a bounded increment before considering a wider rollout.

Useful questions

Will AI make decisions for us?

Decision authority is agreed explicitly. A draft or recommendation can support a person without taking over their responsibility.

Can we use our current tools?

First we check their supported interfaces, permissions and supplier terms. A useful connection depends on what those tools actually allow.

See the workflow

One request. A visible next step.

Explore how a request could move from validation to follow-up, including what happens when delivery is interrupted.

Synthetic example. Fictional records and statuses; nothing is stored or sent.

The example sequence is validate → simulated durable record → enqueue follow-up → report delivery. JavaScript enables scenario controls; the passport below is readable without it.

Example passport · proposed workflow · not operational evidence

    Purpose
Illustrate how a synthetic enquiry could become one trackable request and a follow-up task. This is not the contact form’s backend.
    Owner
Fictional role: Example Operations Reviewer. A real accountable owner must be assigned before launch.
    Data flow
Fixed synthetic input → validation → simulated durable request → one queued task → simulated delivery state. State exists only in this browser tab’s memory.
    Human review
A person would qualify the request, confirm scope and review exceptions. This example makes no autonomous business decision.
    Recovery
A simulated retry reuses the same request/task IDs. Reload or reset discards the example; real durable recovery, reconciliation and provider retries remain unimplemented.
    Limitations
No network delivery, database, CRM, notification, production monitoring or customer data. No claim of certification, guaranteed reliability or achieved service level.
