Explore the handoff, including the interruption.
Follow one enquiry from validation to follow-up. Choose a delay or failure to see why keeping a request and delivering a notification are different steps.

One request. A visible next step.
Explore how a request could move from validation to follow-up, including what happens when delivery is interrupted.
Synthetic example. Fictional records and statuses; nothing is stored or sent.
The example sequence is validate → simulated durable record → enqueue follow-up → report delivery. JavaScript enables scenario controls; the passport below is readable without it.

Example passport · proposed workflow · not operational evidence
- Purpose
- Illustrate how a synthetic enquiry could become one trackable request and a follow-up task. This is not the contact form’s backend.
- Owner
- Fictional role: Example Operations Reviewer. A real accountable owner must be assigned before launch.
- Data flow
- Fixed synthetic input → validation → simulated durable request → one queued task → simulated delivery state. State exists only in this browser tab’s memory.
- Human review
- A person would qualify the request, confirm scope and review exceptions. This example makes no autonomous business decision.
- Recovery
- A simulated retry reuses the same request/task IDs. Reload or reset discards the example; real durable recovery, reconciliation and provider retries remain unimplemented.
- Limitations
- No network delivery, database, CRM, notification, production monitoring or customer data. No claim of certification, guaranteed reliability or achieved service level.
What this example helps you ask
- Where is the durable record kept?
- Who owns an exception, and how is a retry checked?
- What evidence would confirm a real notification arrived?
The browser example runs only in memory. A separate optional loopback integration has passed synthetic PostgreSQL receipt and recovery tests; it does not connect this public preview to an email or CRM provider.
