SmartCal / How we work

Six stages. A clear next decision.

This is the delivery approach proposed for an engagement. Its scope and responsibilities are agreed before work begins; the preview demonstrates selected engineering steps, not a completed client engagement.

Our approach

Clear steps. Visible progress.

We agree on the problem and success measures, build a focused solution, verify how it behaves and review what changes. You receive clear documentation, visibility into results and practical control over your system.

  1. 01

    Understand

Map the workflow, constraints and starting point.

  2. 02

    Design

Compare options and agree on scope, responsibilities and costs.

  3. 03

    Build

Deliver a working solution in manageable stages.

  4. 04

    Verify

Test expected behaviour, failures, access and recovery.

  5. 05

    Launch

Prepare the handover, operating instructions and rollback.

  6. 06

    Improve

Review results and prioritize the next useful change.

What you receive

01

Understand

A shared problem statement and a starting-point measure.

02

Design

A scope, responsibility map and operating assumptions to review.

03

Build

A small working increment with known dependencies.

04

Verify

Evidence for expected behaviour, failures, permissions and recovery.

05

Launch

A handover and rollback plan, followed by an authorized release decision.

06

Improve

An observed results review and a prioritized next change.

A release is a decision, not an automatic next step.

If access, evidence or recovery is missing, the affected release stays on hold while independent work continues. Agree what the client receives and who operates it.
